2. What activities generated the most prospects, clients and revenue?  

3. What activities have not yet resulted in more clients or more revenue? 

4. How did you acquire your 10 best clients?  Is that still campaign still working for you?

5. What activities do you enjoy doing most–and the least?

6. What personal, professional and financial goals would you like to achieve this year? 

7. What skills, resources or information do you need to achieve your goals?

8. Are there habits, clients or beliefs that stand in the way of success? 

9. What will you do on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to achieve your goals? 

10.  What is the metric you will use to support your success and make course corrections?
